As you all might've know from my Facebook or Instagram account, I'm officially graduated from Brunel University and trying to settle back in Jakarta for a long period. Being abroad for almost 8 years made it uneasy for me adapting from individual life back to family orientated. So here's a few last moment in London before I move out for good.
Take care London, I'll be back soon.
1. Visiting the Carsten Holler, Decision exhibition in Hayward Gallery.
At first I thought it would be just another artsy exhibition but when I received the ticket that I've paid and gave them to the security, they warn us in advance if we have a case of claustrophobic might as well back out from the exhibition and enter through another door. I scream of excitement when I saw a concrete of dark tunnel, my thought was 'it'll be over in a second'. When me and my colleagues begin to step in, the only sense that worked was only touch and smell. It was quite a long journey to the end, we scream loudly of fear since it was pitch black and not knowing which direction to go. After we see a hint of light at the very end, it was an ease for all of us. Turns out the black tunnel was part of the exhibition installation which is so bloody awesome.
Moving on to the upper part of the building, we saw a huge queue from the balcony. There we see another installation where we could glide for proximately 5 minutes above the ground. Sounds exciting so we decided to join the massive queue. But before, I decided to shoot my outfit of the day before my makeup runs away from sweat of fear.
and here's me gliding sky high, as part of the tranquil ceremony. Instead of peace, it gave butterfly on my stomach thinking of I could easily fall if I move too much.
I mean, who can look cool when you're gliding for £10 only.
No, it's not terminator new trailer. This glasses used to adjust our sight UPSIDE DOWN! how creepy it is you just have to find out. Did I bump into somebody? definitely.
2. Graduation Ceremony
Bae has finally graduated from Brunel University West London, Bsc. Hons Business Management.
Here's me joyfully wearing my dream gown which is graduation gown. Again, who can act cool when you're finally ending your study period (except for Master or MBA degree later on) but who cares now! you're free! you could sleep all day (at least now) without thinking about your bloody final. Selfie with graduation gown is mandatory, sorry not sorry.
3. Serpentine Pavilion 2015 designed by Selgascano
Finally after the huge uproar of this iridescent tent in South Kensington, I finally get a chance to explore further and of course do the usual photo shoot up to heart content. Thanks to Suzanne, Mamet and Kezia for bringing me here.
